SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:

You (Customer) will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to your shipping address unless we offer free shipping services or shipping deals.

Our shipping carrier will be United States Postal Service (USPS). We will be using either First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

From the time that you place your order with a completed payment, we will start shipping out your items within 1-2 business days.

Once an order's status is changed to "shipped" and the order has left our facility, 24 Hour Vapes LLC is not liable for the handling of the package or its contents. We will not issue a refund or award store credit for an order that has already left our facility until the items in the order have been sent back to us and received. 

Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We do not guarantee that we will accept your returned items. Please note that, all items to exchange may vary in terms of time, depending on where you live.

If an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will conduct an investigation that may take up to 30 days. Based on the information provided and tracking data from the carrier, the time of investigation may vary.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise damaged products returned to 24hourvapes@gmail.com. If we recognize the package has been damaged, or the products being returned are missing or not our product, we will notify you within 24-48 hours of processing your return.
